I am a thinker. Rarely is my mind not picking up on and analysing the things that are happening around me. This might be considered annoying by some people, but I find it makes me very observant and considerate, since I also enjoy helping and try to meet the needs that I see around me. I care a lot about people, I love almost everyone I meet and am an extremely loyal friend who will back up a friend anytime of the day or night.

I am curious and love learning too, find that there are always so many new things to discover and figure out. I think that is one of the reason I like living up north so much, it is challenging and I find it exciting to figure out how to best help the kids I am teaching and how to survive out on the tundra.

I thrive outdoors- snowmobiling, hiking, or just hanging out at a campfire...

I love my job, teaching high school, and love being outdoors or hanging out with people I know. I am a very social person and love to talk or chat for hours with people who I have something in common with. I enjoy trying new things and being creative...

I have very eclectic taste in music and depending on my mood enjoy anything from punk to hiphop, to classical or jazz or retro rock... I just bought a beautiful CD by Caroline Drury that is simple melodic jazz, currently my most often played CD.

Fav movie of all time was "The Love Affair" by Annette Benning and Warren Beatty, also really enjoyed Anne of Green Gables, but I also enjoy other types that sappy chick flicks, depending on my mood

CSI or any reality television... don't watch very often however...

I love books about true stories and ones that are educati I also really like reading books about Canadian History.
