Alot of people dont really understand the concept of enjoying every moment as it comes along, because they are naturally so geared up to believeing life is about planning for the future and thinking ahead. Yet the future does'nt exist. It hasnt happened yet. You have no guarentees about what will happen to you. You also cant change anything in the past. The only thing that is absolutely definite and real is the actual moment. Of course each moment is changing. What your were reading a few seconds ago happened in a moment that has now gone forever. The only moment that is real is this moment and then that changes immediately into the past. If we dont fully live each moment as it comes, how can we possibly be ready for the future? Be in the now, NOW.
